Design by: Falken Reynolds
I am obsessed with this shot from an amazing project by Falken Reynolds. They’ve stayed fairly monochromatic with the wood tones in here but the space still feels totally layered and engaging. Monochromatic doesn’t have to mean boring! Also, that railing. COME ON.

Marilyne: I’ve been working on commercial projects lately and came across this reception area. Karina Eibatova, artist from Austria, was asked to create a large scale drawing for the tile in this hotel in Grece. I’m loving the tropical vibe lately, I must be excited for summer!
Design: Sarah Davidson
Eve: Australian designer Sarah Davidson strikes the perfect balance of old and new with this relaxed modern dining room. My favourite elements in this space have to be those caned dining chairs which mix medium tone wood with my current design crush - cane webbing - on the seat and back. We’re seeing a lot of natural materials like cane, wicker and rattan in furniture lately and I just love the warmth and texture it brings to a design.
Designer: Hunted Interior
Dom: I love dark and dramatic walls and these built-in shelves are a really cool way to achieve the look in a functional way. I also love the black-trimmed roman shades and the crescent-shaped stools in the back.
