Design Technician (Full-time)
We are looking for an experienced Design Technician to bring their digital rendering and design specification skills to our team!

Attend and assist with preliminary and incidental site visits to gather accurate measurements and photos -
Prepare as-built drawings to be used by project leads during design phase -
Prepare, revise, and finalize all technical design documents, including (but not limited to) demo/construction plans, lighting & plumbing plans, custom cabinetry elevations, custom furniture drawings, exterior elevations, 2D and/or 3D mockups, etc. -
Make technical recommendations based on the design vision established by project leads -
Prepare detailed specification sheets of all project finishes and fixtures -
Assemble and conduct extremely thorough review of final document packages -
Prepare and deliver design revisions as needed throughout construction in a timely fashion -
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support successful outcomes for the company. -
Provide general design and project management support to project leads as needed

Bookkeeping Associate (Full-time)

Hubdoc management; which includes a daily cleanup of Hubdoc, ensuring invoices are not duplicated, and that there are no unnecessary documents -
Posting invoices daily from Hubdoc to Quickbooks and ensuring everything is recorded accurately -
Weekly match of credit card statement charges with posted invoices to Quickbooks -
Communicating with employees to locate missing invoices -
Assisting in credit card reconciliation -
Overseeing freight and customs bills -
Overseeing accounting for refunds/credits on claims -
Responding to emails and perform other administrative tasks -

Marketing and Social Media Associate (Full-time)

Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar and to provide attractive and informative campaigns -
Stay up to date with industry tools, standards, and strategies as they relate to social media and digital marketing -
Monitor social media content on all company accounts -
Track performance of customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaigns -
Attend events and produce/publish live social media content -

Executive Assistant (Full-time)

Assist with personal calendar management and scheduling for Design Manager -
Prepare outlines and/or early drafts for a variety of written items on behalf of the Design Manager. Some examples include detailed emails, new job descriptions, new policies and process overviews, memos, and updates -
Assist with processing new leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, new client onboarding, and with research and information gathering for new internal projects and ventures -
Use existing tools and templates (as well as new ones you may create!) to assist with preparation of service proposals, such as quotes and project schedules -
Prepare monthly reports on all billed revenue and present analytics to track financial targets -
Assist with project administration and select tasks required by senior team members as needed

Create and coordinate training schedules for new hires and prepare detailed training calendars with video conference links prepped for all training blocks -

Follow/consult with our Creative Producer and Creative Director’s specifications and vision, from initial production all the way to post-production -
Edit a wide range of videos including, but not limited to, ‘how-to’ and lifestyle videos for our website, social media content, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns. Video editing duties include, but are not limited to: -
Reviewing shooting scripts and raw materials -
Following shot list and prioritizing footage based on priority -
Trimming footage and arranging the sequence of the video -
