Leclair Decor Roles

Copywriter


We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and savvy individual to assist our team with all internal and external documentation. You will be in charge of creating and editing various types of copy to be in line with our warm modern brand and curated style. Your role will see you coordinate with various departments within the company, so someone flexible and self driven will thrive in this fast paced digital environment! Monday - Friday 9-5 (Remote Position Available)




HR Manager


We are looking for someone who can focus on the people and not just the paperwork for this new role. We want to further scale our warm modern company culture in this new, remote-first reality. Your role would add further support to our managers and our team with the use of more purposeful coaching, training and role development, as we learn and grow together. You will work closely with our HR Associate to ensure our team is fully taken care of. Experience in this role is essential. Monday - Friday 9-5 (In Office and Work From Home)




Bookkeeping Associate


We're seeking a friendly, knowledgable and skilled individual with Quickbooks experience to assist in maintaining our books! You will work digitally alongside our Bookkeeper to input data to help us stay organized and up to a date. Quick learning and excellent communication skills will assist in diving into this role with ease! Monday - Friday 9-5 (In office & Work from Home)





LD Shoppe Roles

Order Processing Specialist


We’re seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join the LD Shoppe team! To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be organized, efficient and self driven. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner to jump in and digitally process all new orders, track them throughout their journey, and assist with communication for shipments. You will need to work with Shopify, Spreadsheets and our various complex tracking systems. Monday - Friday 9-5 (In Office)




Shipping and Logistics Manager


We are looking for someone with a heavy skill set in logistics. You will need to wear your thinking cap and have a high retention for memory in this bustling role. Your main duties will include digitally facilitating the shipping of products from one destination to another. Arrange transportation, coordinating with participating parties, and orchestrating deliveries to meet customer demand. You will also need to assist with receiving products and coordinates helping to streamline our shipping and transportation processes. Monday - Friday 9-5 (In Office)




Boutique Stockroom Specialist


This position requires someone with close attention to detail, whose loves to stay organized and on top of things! Yay! You will be in charge of receiving decor shipments, keeping the stockroom organized and assisting with maintaining stock levels on floor. You will be coordinating with our Procurement Specialist and Visual Merchandiser for all things decor. You will need to bring your mini muscles to help move smaller items in the back, but no major warehouse storage here! Monday - Friday 9-5 (In Store)




Showroom Consultant


Officially, you’ll be a Showroom Consultant at LD Shoppe. That said, we’re looking for you to be a motivated individual who can wear many hats and take on any tasks that come your way. We’re looking for you to head up our customer experience. You will need to have a knack for decorating and be able to assist customers with their selections. You will be expected to dive deep into product knowledge and provide our guests with a curated look for their home. You will also need to assist the manager and ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines are completed, all while keeping the customer the centre of everything we do. Tuesday - Saturday 9-5 (In store)




Full Time Sales Associates


Officially, you’ll be a sales associate at LD Shoppe. That said, we’re looking for you to be a motivated individual who can wear many hats and take on any tasks that come your way. We’re looking for you to assist the manager and ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines are completed, all while keeping the customer the centre of everything we do. Customer Experience Specialist


Officially you'll be a Customer Experience Specialist. That said we are looking for a creative with an interest in decorating and an attention to detail. You will need to help answer customer inquiries, manage our online chat platform, as well as keeping our lovely customers up to date on their orders! Monday - Friday 9-5 (In office and WFH) (Remote Position Available)
